Product Review: PURGE Ally Pod System

Purge Vape Mods have been well known to vapers for quite some time. They recently added a vape pod system to their product lineup. But how does this Pod System stack up against contenders from Lost Vape or Smok?

Purge mods introduce its first entry into the vape pod game. Although manufactured in China, it still carries all the qualities you can expect from Purge Mods. And in some cases, exceeds what other manufacturers are doing with some unique features and intricate designs to the case.

Many vape devices claim to allow vaping nic salts or freebase. But fall short. Not with the Purge Ally Pod System. Running your choice of vape is doable with the ability to change airflow and wattage. Vaping a 35mg nic salt or 6mg freebase vape can be achieved with the pods OLED screen and easy operation buttons.

Featuring a .8 Ohm mesh coil and chimney style of the vape tank, dialing in your preferred method of vaping is relatively easy.

The Ally Pod System has a zippo style cap. Giving the unit a high-quality look and a unique feature from other vape devices in the market. Inserting the vape pod into the system and closing the cap is simple. Closing the cap you can hear a click sound. This is a nice feature, intended or not, that lets you know the cap is secure.

Be aware that the vape pods are not included in the kit and must be purchased separately.

The stainless steel construction adds a little more weight than what you might be used to. But ultimately makes the unit feel much more durable.

But what about the Ally vape pods?

The vape pods in our opinion are right up there with the Orion pods. In fact, we found them to last longer without sacrificing flavor or vape throat hit. Also, the adjustable airflow built into the removable cap is a nice feature. Making your vape experience fully customizable.

Although a bit higher in cost than some other vape mods available, you get what you pay for with the Ally Pod. The ability to fine-tune all the ways to vape any nic salt or freebase is capable.
